  • Prospect management: Introducing the Prospect ongoing follow-up and Scheduled campaign actions widget. These new widgets will help you to effortlessly manage prospects and stay on top of follow-up tasks.

  • Certificate customization: You can now personalize certificates with ease. You can easily set background colors and update/add your logos.

  • Work item: Previously known as timesheets are now simplified. Easily manage fixed tasks or services with set prices using our new forms for work items and work item orders.

  • SMS credits optimization: Enhanced the SMS credits behavior, now able to handle empty SMS credits and notify you, ensuring reliable messaging operations.

  • Default currency convenience: We now seamlessly apply the default currency when saving/updating, ensuring consistency in currency handling.

Improvements#

  • Revamped invoice generation: Upgraded our invoice generation by switching to WeasyPrint and Django templates from ReportLab. Enjoy a sleeker design and a more streamlined generation process.

  • Table lists: We’ve improved filters in tables across various modules like accounting, orders, prospecting, stock, timesheet, and transactions for a more intuitive and efficient experience.

  • Enhanced translations: Multilingual experience has been refined. Improved translations for French and Dutch languages, ensuring a smoother language switch.

  • Product CSV flexibility: Upgraded the product CSV functionality. Download and upload CSV files for products with added support for material currency and product cost currency.

  • Tutorials**: We’ve cleaned up our walkthrough tutorials, refining emojis, titles, and intros for a more polished and user-friendly learning experience.
