Quick Start Guide
Welcome to Gem Logic! Follow this guide to set up key elements and start managing your jewelry business right away.
1. Sign Up and Log In
- Visit gem-logic.com/accounts/signup/
- Fill in the registration form with your business and contact details.
- Check your email for the confirmation link.
- Log in to your Gem Logic account to access your dashboard.
2. Add a New Contact
- Go to CRM > Add contact.
- Fill in customer details, such as name, contact information, and preferences.
- Save the contact to store it in your database.
3. Add a Product
- Navigate to Products > Create product.
- Enter product details (e.g., SKU, supplier, and category).
- Save the product to add it to your inventory.
4. Create a Sale
- Go to Sales > Create sale.
- Select the customer and add items from your inventory.
- Generate an invoice and complete the sale.
5. Log a Repair
- Under Repairs, select Create Repair Order.
- Link the repair to a customer and add repair details.
- Track the order through the Repairs dashboard.
