Quick Start Guide

Welcome to Gem Logic! Follow this guide to set up key elements and start managing your jewelry business right away.

1. Sign Up and Log In

  1. Visit gem-logic.com/accounts/signup/
  2. Fill in the registration form with your business and contact details.
  3. Check your email for the confirmation link.
  4. Log in to your Gem Logic account to access your dashboard.

2. Add a New Contact

  1. Go to CRM > Add contact.
  2. Fill in customer details, such as name, contact information, and preferences.
  3. Save the contact to store it in your database.

3. Add a Product

  1. Navigate to Products > Create product.
  2. Enter product details (e.g., SKU, supplier, and category).
  3. Save the product to add it to your inventory.

4. Create a Sale

  1. Go to Sales > Create sale.
  2. Select the customer and add items from your inventory.
  3. Generate an invoice and complete the sale.

5. Log a Repair

  1. Under Repairs, select Create Repair Order.
  2. Link the repair to a customer and add repair details.
  3. Track the order through the Repairs dashboard.
